Pick up useful literature & information for your guests & visitors – tourist attractions, places of interest, days out, visitor experiences, open gardens, local activities, walking and exploring, historic buildings and sites, heritage centres, museums, cafés, and shops.

Bookings are only accepted with this form correctly completed. Bookings are allocated in order received, and as space is limited, please place your booking as soon as possible. All bookings will be acknowledged and confirmed by email. CLOSING DATE: Monday 18 March 2024.

The exhibitor must not share or sublet a table unless agreed with the organiser.

The exhibitor will be responsible for setting up displays and providing all display materials including tablecloths.

All spare leaflets, boxes and rubbish must be removed by the exhibitor at the end of the event.

The exhibitor will be responsible for insurance of items on their stand and must have their own public liability insurance.

Antiques Bazaar is a “No Smoking” site.
